A climbing catastrophe interrupted by a love story

When a group of friends tried to climb Mount Rainier in their twenties, they felt ready for anything. But they found trouble on the upper slopes of the summit. A storm hit and members of the group began to suffer from altitude sickness and dehydration. When the climbers started turning around, two decided to move on: an aggressive military athlete looking for the summit and a first-time climber looking to prove herself. It wasn’t long before they got caught up in the worst scenario – lost, exhausted, and increasingly insane. Their survival depended on cooperation and through many difficult hours they saved each other. But something magical grew out of her darkest moments.
