A para-athlete learns that it is okay to ask for help

Go Josie, presented by Pearl Izumi and Swiftwick, follows Josie Fouts, a two-time US National Paralympic Champion, as she works with friend and fellow cyclist Leo Rodgers to build a gravel bike from scratch that they use to change gears and can use the front and rear brakes independently with one hand. Fouts not only wants to exceed their personal sporting limits and compete at the highest level, but also drive changes in the bicycle industry and make the sport and its programs accessible to all bodies.
