Do you think paragliding is cool? Learn the art of speed flying in this humorous pro-teach newbie video series.

“Flow State with Dylan Efron” is a video series in which the adventure seeker Dylan Efron works with various world class athletes to get out of your comfort zone and go on adventure.

Episode 4, “Speed-Flying with Pearce,” was released today. In this episode, Efron visits Soboba Aviation School in San Jacinto, California to learn to fly fast (like paragliding but faster) with former Army Ranger Pearce Cucchissi.

Efron is cool, calm, and collected as he approaches the field.

“Oh, let’s see how that goes,” he chuckles.

He has no flying experience, let alone speed flying. After you’re comfortable in a simulator, it’s time to jump – in the truest sense of the word.

Cucchissi’s guide for beginners? “Get in the air, turn right, take the breaks, pin the landing … and don’t land on your ass!” See and learn a few tips for professional pilots, Cucchissi’s flight plan, and more.

“Flow State” is presented in collaboration with Firestone Walker.
