Take a mini hike with none other than “The Mirnavator”.

Hydro Flask has hired Mirna “The Mirnavator” Valerio from Vermont for the latest installment in the How We Go film series. It’s informative, easy, and fun – and Valerio is definitely the star of the show.

You really don’t have to read any further if you want to see the movie (it’s only 3 minutes and it’s worth it!), But we distilled it down here.

“Rules of the Trail” with Mirna Valerio

Pack wisely. “Good shoes, good clothes, food and drink,” says Valerio. Add your 5 or 10 essential points.

Know where you are going. Download a trail app (The Mirnavator uses AllTrails) or bring a map. Or both. Just don’t rely on cellular communications.

Don’t leave any traces. Do not throw away. Don’t leave trash. As simple as that.

Share the path (and practice the right of way). Or, in the words of the navigator, don’t look for a pig.

That’s it. Get out there and enjoy some hikes!
