This climbing information works with younger folks affected by most cancers

From the Outdoor Film Fellowship, Life for My Family brings us a story about sibling bonds, trauma and healing. After her brother died from esophageal cancer, Mackenzie McGrath has been The program director of First Descents, a nonprofit that brings people with cancer as well as survivors out into nature to climb, kayak, and take part in other adventurous activities. If Mackenzie’s brother Taurine fell ill, First Descents offered him a place in the program – but it was him too sick to attend. Now Mackenzie’s commitment to helping others experience what taurine couldn’t is her profound way of continuing his legacy through her exceptional work.
